I’ve just been looking at your presentation. I think it’s great, especially coming up to Christmas. Keep up with the healthy food, but I agree, a few treats won’t do you any harm.
I’m looking forward to a long walk on Christmas morning with lots of the family. That will certainly build up an appetite for a delicious Christmas dinner. I know there will be lots of vegetables which will be delicious. I’m pretty sure there will be some chocolates for later on as well
If you want to keep really healthy, you need to at least go for a run (or take your dog for a walk, if you have one) at least once a day, also, you need to have a balanced diet (too much of everything is bad for you) furthermore, you need to clean your teeth twice a day (once in the morning, once at night) and have a shower every morning or every night! your presentation on healthy eating is brilliant! it will teach everyone to be healthy!

I always make sure i have at least 5 of my healthy fruits and vegetables a day , i love yummy fruits and vegetables. I like to keep myself healthy and fit by walking to school every day,its fun in the snow!!
